ATHLETIC MEET (2024-2025)
The Athletic Meet at St. Xavier's School, Rampura Phul, was a resounding success. The Athletic Meet organized for classes IV and V aimed to foster a spirit of sportsmanship among the students while providing a platform for them to showcase their athletic talents. The event commenced with the Flag Hoisting Ceremony, symbolizing unity and school pride. Rev. Father Manager, Andre Fernandes, led the ceremony, joined by the respected coordinator and sports teachers. The Sports Captain and Sports Vice Captain were also present, adding to the significance of the occasion. Rev. Father Manager Andre Fernandes officially declared the Athletic Meet open, emphasizing the importance of sports in the holistic development of students. His words of encouragement motivated the participants to engage enthusiastically in the upcoming events.
The main events included the 100-meter race, Shot Put, and Long Jump. These events were carefully selected to accommodate a range of athletic abilities and provide an opportunity for every student to participate and excel.
Students enthusiastically participated in the various events, showcasing their skills and determination. Their commitment to sportsmanship and healthy competition was evident throughout the meet.
At the conclusion of the Athletic Meet, prizes were awarded to the winners of each event, recognizing their exceptional performances and dedication to sports. This acknowledgment served as a motivation for students to continue pursuing excellence in sports.
Thanks to the collaborative efforts of the school administration, faculty, and students.
