Note to Parents

  • Parents are earnestly requested to see that their children attend punctually. They are expected to co-operate with the work of the school by ensuring regularity & discipline & by taking a keen interest in the child's progress. They should check diaries regularly the teacher's remark etc. and acknowledge the same promptly by placing their signature against the remark. Every day diary is to be signed by the parent's/Guardian otherwise they will be fined.
  • The name of class and the section of pupil should be clearly marked on all his/her belongings.
  • Personal memo page in duplicate should be carefully in by the parent.
  • If you observe that your ward is not assigned home-work for sometime or that he/she is unable to follow the lesson, the principal should be contacted. Private tuition are discouraged. Should your child requires private tuition, after informing the school you make your own arrangement. Class teachers & subject teacher will not be allowed to tutor his/her studies.
  • Parents/Guardians should not visit the class rooms during the class hours except with the permission of the Principal. For any information regarding the school, contact only the school office during the office hours.
  • A duplicate school diary can be purchased by the students only on written request from the parent & with the permission of the Principal. A fine of Rs.25/-plus the cost will be charged if the student has lost the original diary, report card, fee booklet (Rs.5/-) please pay Rs.25/-for any duplicate certificate.
  • Criticism of a student's teachers or his/her school in his/her presence should be scrupulously avoided, because it causes the student to lose his/her respect for his/her teacher with the consequent failure to learn from him/her Should you have a legitimate complaint meet the Principal without of reprisal.
  • As your child advances in age guide him/her to become a resourceful and useful member of home & country. With this in view students will be assigned various duties even manual work in the school. Encourage self help for work and study he/she should be taught to keep the room tidy. Make his/her own bed, polish his/her own shoes,carry his/her own bag etc. The formation of such habits early in life, inculcates in the student the idea of work,a fundamental personal virtue necessary for a successful career in life.

    Withdrawal of your child from classes for mere social functions is not recommended because it retards the child's progress in school and minimizes his/her respect for regular hard work with consequent failure in his/her studies.
