Home / Principal's Message
It is a great honour to be appointed principal of St Xavier's High School, run by the Society of Pilar. Our commitment at this minority educational institution is to serve the cause of education by drawing inspiration from the life and teachings of Jesus Christ. 'Love one another' is the motto of our school.
We value, above academic excellence and brilliance in examinations, the fostering of a spirit of community - we strive to encourage our students to think creatively so that they gain the ability to grow and work together.
We believe in offering opportunities across a range of human endeavours - from academics and sports to science, craft and art. Children are encouraged to reach the fullness of their potential in a range of disciplines. We strive to foster respectful relationships with elders and peers.
I feel fortunate to be blessed with this leadership role. I urge parents to stay in touch with teachers and discuss problem areas so we can work together to foster a peaceful and loving society by nurturing the right values in children. And contact me in case you feel you need help. I will be there, whenever to reach out.
With deepest regards,
Fr. Selvaraj Peter
